In this chapter, we are introduced to a young woman who is working as a bartender at a bar. She tells us that she has just finished a drink with her boss and that she wants to have sex with him. The bartender tells her that she can have a glass of wine with her and that they have a chocolate drink as well. The young woman tells the bartender that she would like to have the chocolate drink too, but that she is afraid that it will be too strong for her heart to handle. The barkeep tells the young woman that it is a good idea to mix the matcha with brandy, as it will give the drink a "bittersweet" taste. She says that she will have the matcha and brandy together, and then she will go home.
