Dr. Rivers is wearing a "guy's hoodie" , which means that he's wearing a shirt that's been branded with a man's name on it. The doctor tells Rivers that keisuke told him that the two of them had sex before they were married, and Rivers tells him that he should have stayed out of the whole thing. He tells the doctor to take care of him, and the doctor agrees. Rivers asks the doctor what he'd like for dinner, and he says that he doesn't like "mushroom onions" . Rivers then asks what he would like to eat, and she says that she's a picky eater, and that she likes "baby corn" but can't really eat "corn" because it's too sweet. She then asks if the doctor would like a drink, but the doctor says no, and they hug. Rivers kisses the doctor on the lips, and then he asks if he can have a drink. Rivers says he'll have to make dinner, so he kisses his phone, which keeps ringing.
