The next morning, the Chief comes to work and apologizes for his behavior the day before. He also apologizes to the other employees for his rudeness to them. The Chief asks if he can have a drink with the two of them, and they agree to meet at the same time. When the Chief leaves, the two men are interrupted by the Chief's servant, who tells them that the Chief has been looking around the place where they work.
