The next morning, Madarame tells Minakawa that she's a pervert because she didn't tell him about her affair with Setouchi. Minakawa is shocked and says that she doesn't understand what's going on. She's also worried that he's hiding a girl friend from her. She tells him that she was the one who said that she would make him fall in love with her. He's shocked and asks her to tell him more about herself. He wants to know if she'll tell him all about him as a reward for telling him about his affair with Minakawa. She says that if she can get him hooked, then she can tell him everything about herself as well. She wants to ask him about what happened between him and Minakawa when they were younger. He says that's not the same as asking him about it now. He asks her if she remembers what happened back then, and she says she did. He tells her that it's different now, and he'll ask himself if he'd ever done such a thing before. He admits that he wouldn't have done it, but he says that it was just the heat of the moment that made him do it. He also says that he never thought he was being played. He wonders if Minakawa has been playing with him, but Minakawa says she hasn't. She also says she was surprised when she got a text from him, though, and wonders if there's any chatter going on between them. She wonders if they're talking about her and setouchi, or if she should talk to them before they get to the train station. She asks him if he can hold back a bit.
