The doctor asks the hotel concierge to accompany him on his business trip to the cebu. The concierge says that his job is outside the hotel and that he does not need to accompany the doctor on business trips. The doctor says that the inhibitor he is taking is stronger than it was before. He asks the concierge if he can visit the hospital while he is on business trip, but the concierge says he will not be able to because the flight leaves the afternoon. He tells the concierge that the boarding announcement for the flight will close soon and sighs that this is not his job though. He says that unlike a butlers work, which requires him to handle the business inside the hotel , concierge service also includes work outside of the hotel. He adds that unlike the concierge service, which provides a part time secretary service, the hotel also has the concierge department. When the doctor asks why there are so many people in the city, the concierge replies that there are too many people. He then says that he heard that the chairman of the company went on another business trip with the doctor. He calls the hotel manager after work and asks him to find out about the chairman's business trip so that he can get the plane ticket to go to cebu right away. The hotel manager says that it has been three days since the chairman left, and the doctor says he is tired and needs to take a nap
