The narrator says that he has booked a hotel room in a nearby town, so he can talk to the guy there. The two of them have sex for the first time, and the narrator realizes that it's just an act. He asks the guy if he wants more. The guy says he does, and they kiss. The narrator is shocked, because he thought they'd have sex before, and now he knows that they're just "a man whore," and that he can't have sex with him again. He wonders if maybe the guy finally realizes that they have no chance with each other, and decides that he won't show it anymore. He thanks the guy for his help, and wonders if the guy will treat him well in the future.
