The narrator tells us that he's been shot in the leg, but he doesn't know what to do. He's not sure if he wants to go to university or become a doctor. He says that he has always wanted to be a doctor, even when he was a kid. The narrator says that his dream has always been to become a physician. He goes on to say that his friends and his class are the same, but that Mizuno isn't going to cram school because the teacher told him to. The teacher gave them some money to buy some juice, which they used to sell MiZuno's bandaids for. The doctor tells the narrator that Yuuki is calling him from high school, and the doctor says that everyone ignores him. He tells the doctor that he heard from Yuuki three days ago, and that the police have been looking for him, too. He asks the doctor to let him know if anything happens to Yuuki, so that he can come back to the apartment. He wants to see him, but the doctor tells him that it's too dangerous for him to do that. He also tells the story of how he restrained a man who ran away from him, and when the man came back, the doctor strained him.
