The chapter opens with a description of the puppy-land hotel where Nemo and Nemo stayed the night before. Nemo complains that there are "puppy everywhere you look" and that he is "in heaven" . He asks Nemo if he wants to have sex with him now that they are alone. Nemo replies that he does not want to wait, but he does want to rub in a "special somebody" who has taken him on a "wild ride" the day before. He tells Nemo to "snatch" the puppy, but Nemo says that he will not wait, as he feels like he is being watched. He says that if he were to sit like this, he would not have to make any contact with the puppy. He feels as though they are having a "threesome" , and he wonders if they will all be gone soon.
