About This Chapter
The next morning, the servant tells the master that the lord wants him to be his valet. The servant says that he's not a fool, because he and his twin are identical twins. The master tells the servant that he is the chief of the servants, and that he will live in the mansion. He says that the servants are understaffed, but the lord likes the look of the servant, so he wants the servant to do as he pleases. When the servant asks why he is going to bed, the master tells him that he has been busy all day. The servants are happy with the work that sargas has done, and the master says that it is a waste of his time not to do something with it. He asks the servant if he would like to drink some more, and he says that if he does, it will be wasted on the servant. He then says he has tried to stop the servant from drinking, but he has had his fill of escaping, too, and now he wants to bring some value to his position. He turns to the servant and tells him to go back to his room and see the lord. He is afraid that he must be in the wrong place at the wrong time
