The scene opens with a flashback to 8 years ago, when a girl named "Splash" was in the 6th grade. She's still wet from her bath, but she's excited to go out with a friend. She wants to change into her underpants before going out, so she asks "hokubu bus" to do it for her. He says he'll do it, but he doesn't want to wear his underpants because one of his female friends has decided not to wear her pants. He tells her to take off her panties and pull her bra too, because that's the only way she'll be able to get out of her role as a retail girl in the department store. He also tells her that she has a lot of work to do, because she has to deal with old men at work. She says she'd rather be a flasher girl than a stressed-out retail girl. The boys in the store are coming up to her, and she should give them a little service. She tells them to stare at her body, but the boys are staring at her. They don't seem to notice the lack of a bra, but they do notice the fact that she is wearing a thong. They want to pass her on the way to the top of the stairs, so they run after her.
