She tells him that he must eat more "messily" and that he should not eat with his wet clothes on. He tells her that he will "punish" her for making a mess and that she should "give it back" if she does not want to be punished. He then tells her to stand up and warns her that if she continues to make a mess, he will have to punish her again.
