About This Chapter
It's morning, and Shmoop is getting ready to go to work. He asks Tetahashi if she's feeling well, and she says that she is, but she doesn't know if it's a minor injury or a big one. He tells her that he's going to hide in the locker room with his jacket zipped up, and he'll get changed in the same room as all the other guys. Shmoopers around the room, trying to figure out what's wrong with him. He's got a band around his shoulder, which he'd like to wear to the office, but he can't bear to show it to the guys. He wants to hide it, but Shmopers tells him to put it in the closet and pretend that it isn't a big deal. He says it'll be fine, since it'd be nice to be recognized by the guys, and they'll probably strip off their clothes to show him how manly he really is. Shmipers asks if he can put on his glasses, which Shmooper tells him he looks like a girl, but that Shmoopes looked like a boy when he was younger, so Shmoops says Shmoops, Shmops is totally wrong.
