In this chapter, we learn that the witches are not very difficult to control. They just need someone to drive them around. Cai Mingyu tells us that he knows almost all of the guys in the gang, and he doesn't know what to do about the girl he's in love with. He's worried that she's going to dump him and join the gang. He also knows that he can't let him do whatever he wants with her, because the world is going to belong to the "new green gang" . He has to figure out how to stop the gang from doing whatever they want with her. He tells his sister to bring her along, but she refuses to do so. She's bored of her sister, and she'd rather have some fun with the gang than be stuck with a girl who's not even pretty enough to be her sister's sister
