The next morning, the students tell Tung everything that happened that night. Tung's condition worsens, and his family hires a high-ranking priest to perform a ritual exorcism at the local temple. The priest is seriously injured in a car accident, and Tung has to be adopted into his second uncle's family in order to be rid of the evil spirit. The students agree that they will never speak of the incident again.
