She asks the servant to take the food out of her mouth. The servant does not want to take money from her, and she is afraid that she will not be able to do so in the future. She tries to comfort her by saying that the food will make her feel better, and that she is confident that she can do so. She tells him to rub the food in his mouth to make him feel better.
