In this chapter, we learn that the plan is to "get rid of" everyone who would "hurt" or "use" him. He wants to be rid of the people who wouldn't let him be himself, and he wants to do this by getting rid of them all. He tells us that he still hasn't found a solution to the problem of how to "grow up" and "be yourself" in the world. He says that he'll find a way to "screw them" if they don't fund him. If he doesn't get the money he needs, he's going to find someone else to do it for him. Huh? That's not going to work, he says. He's just going to start over with "enhanced human injections" that he knows will work.
