Ho-sun's monster form is ecstatic at the prospect of being able to rule over the world. He exclaims that he is the "ultimate weapon" and that the "ssholes" are talking about him as if he is a "weapon." He tells them that he was born to rule and kill, and that he has finally realized who he truly is.
