In this chapter, we learn that the special forces have woken up to find out what's going on with Tokayo. They're worried that he's about to become a human again, and they're trying to figure out how to get him out of the world before he becomes a monster again. In the meantime, they've found the spy they were looking for, but they can't figure out who she is. They don't know what to do with him, and he doesn't want to be in the way of the monster.
