In the garden world, Hiroshi and his companions are still in the dark about where they are. They don't really know what's going on, but they do know that they're being watched. They've captured a spy, but Hiroshi doesn't know who it is, and he wonders if it's the same spy they captured earlier. He wonders if the machine they just captured is actually capturing humans in the real world, and if that's what they want. Hiroshi wonders if they should have tried to talk to the spy first, because the situation has changed, and now everyone is looking at each other in the same way. They can't figure out how to get to the other side of the island, and they've already lost a lot of time. They wonder why they haven't been able to find any other island nearby, and how long it'll take them to get there.
