When the battle begins, Em'ly tells the emperor that his father is dead, and that he wants him to know how proud he is of his son. He tells him that one of the cannonballs has misfired, and the emperor is now fighting like a prisoner. He orders the fleet to regroup and prepare for the attack. Em-ly tells him to bring the boy with him, and he begs him to help him.
