In this chapter, we learn that the police have been called to the scene of a third mutiny at an addiction center. This is the third time that the center has been involved in a mutiny in the last month, and the police are worried that this is a sign of Cocaloco's disapproval of the center's treatment of the prisoners. De garra and Lucie are held hostage by the prisoners, who are demanding that they be given whatever they want.
