In this chapter, we learn that the prez's new body is made of amorine, not a "virtue" like the one that infects the monkey. The prez declares an open season for his " hunchback army" , and he vows to rape anyone who dares defy him. He also tells us that he's been put through the meat grinder while he was in prison, and that the meat is now "remodeling" . He's going to kill the traitors, he says, and then he'll rape you. He wants to know what's up with all of this, but he can't get it out of his head. He begs the people of the city to join him in his new army. He tells them that they're all equal, and now they need to join together to fight against the "den of terrorists" and the "saints" who live among them. He warns them that the government is going to cut off their "rotten shaft" and "phallus necklace," and he tells them to "wipe out" that den of "terrorists" and join his army.
