When the doll wakes up, he tells everyone that he is fresh out of his box. He tells them that he has been waiting for them all along, and that they have forgotten him. He says that he cheered up when his mother was down, and he says that his son is growing up, and there is nothing he can do to change that. He asks if they will take him on to college, and they tell him that he can either go back to them or stay with them forever. They say that they are going to a Japanese museum, and the doll says that they need him to get into the museum, because without him, they will have to return to storage. The doll says goodbye, and everyone sighs that he will not be coming with them, but that they should make sure they are there to wait for him.
