The mayor of a small town announces that he's going to have a "horrid time" trick-or-treating with his friends. He's been waiting for Jack the Ripper to show up, and he finally does. The mayor is so happy that he can't wait to tell everyone about Jack's awesome job. Jack is all, "I'm the most terrifying man in the world, but I'm also your idol" . Everyone cheers, and the mayor says he'll announce the winner of the costume contest next. Jack wants to go home, but the mayor tells him to hurry back to the city before Jack wakes up. Jack says, "Oh, ! , jack" , and then he pulls out the nightshade that the mayor has been wearing all this time. The doctor says the mayor went to see "haunted" halloween, but Jack says it's just like every year before it, and that's why the mayor should hurry back. Jack tells the doctor to go back to his house, because he just ran off three times in the last month.
