Mr. Moore, who has been helping the Wilcoxes for the past few years, has suddenly become a father. He is surprised to find that he has a younger brother, Mr. Wilcox, whom he has never met before. He asks his father why he hasn't been able to play with his younger brother since they've been together, and his father tells him that his older brother, the Wilcox elder son, has recently been sent away to serve in the Air Force.
