The narrator is in the seaside resort town of Nemo's home. He's worried about the baby dolphin, who's been separated from its mother. The narrator has a special toy for the baby, a bubble-submarine, that he's made to look like an aquarium. The toy lets the narrator hear the baby's mother's voice, even if it's just a whisper.
