In this chapter, we're introduced to a new character, an "iron cop" . He's got a five-star "rarecy" rating, which means he's super-hot and super-cool. He can dance, he can talk, and he can do a lot of other cool stuff. The guy's also super cool at killing criminals, which is super cool because he used to kill criminals too. But now he can't even forgive them. That's not cool at all.
