In this short scene, Akiko and her lover, Fudou, are in the middle of a conversation when Akaiko's cat, named "Puff," interrupts them. The cat's name, "Fukudo," is a play on the French word for "furio," which means "to want," or "to just want." The cat, however, is not Fudou's only object of affection; he also has a crush on a girl named "Azusa" . Ako's response to the cat is to tell Fudou that he is not a woman and that he should not cheat on his crush. Fudou responds that Ako is always kind to him, but that it is not like she likes him as a woman. He also tells Ako that even though he was saying how much he hated her, he ended up liking her. He says that even when he was an adult, there were other girls he dated, but they didn't last long, and he became the one who ended up getting them because there weren't enough women for him to really talk to. He tells her that she is stupid to have dumped Azusa, and that she hurt her feelings by not being truthful with her when she told him that she was in love with another man. She asks Ako to talk to her about her feelings for another man, and Ako says that he doesn't want to be alone with her because he has lost his way with paper scissors. They ride off to get "her" , but Ako notices that they are tense and slips a little. He apologizes to Ako for the slip, saying that it would have been better if they hadn't gotten so close to each other. He admits that if he had grabbed his hand at the time, he would have told Ako not to go out like a child, but he's too late to change his mind. He wants to know more about their relationship, and if Ako had helped him, he'd be sure that they wouldn't have gotten to this point. He's glad that A
