The scene opens in the hallway of the hospital, where Dr. Rivers is waiting for his patient. He asks Rivers if he's okay, and Rivers says that he is. Rivers tells Rivers that he should have been more careful in the bathroom the night before, when he was so shocked by the nakedness of the patient that he felt the ambulance coming. Rivers apologizes for his behavior, but he still feels sorry for the patient's discomfort. He tells Rivers to talk to him again, that he'll be happy to see him again
