In this chapter, we learn that the members of the gang are all elite students from the elite school of blue-rose-high. They're called "black storm members" because they're super-violent and super-confident. The other two princes in the school are also members of "black's gang" . So, basically, the gang is a bunch of super-rich, super-powerful dudes who've got nothing to lose by running away from their school. The narrator is shocked to learn that these guys are elite school students. He's also shocked to find out that the other princes of his school also belong to the gang. He asks the narrator to buy him some food so that he won't be hungry since he's been beating up people all day. He also tells the narrator that he was in a dream where he was surrounded by "o handsome, charming boys" , and he'd choose the "boy I liked the most" to be his boyfriend. But now, he realizes, the dream has come crashing down, and the girl is still in shock. So the narrator tells the girl to go away, because she's just passing by.
