The school vice-principal, Mr. Choi, has received a report of school violence, and Mr. Seolha, the school's first-year teacher, has beaten up a student. Mr. Woo-Cheol, the principal, is outraged by the beating, and says that the school will report the incident to the Ministry of Education. He also says that his school has many bad students, and that he needs a person like him to eradicate them. The principal, however, does not want to be bothered by the vice-Principal's comments, and he leaves the matter to him.
