About This Chapter
It's time for the next scene, and we're introduced to Sunbae. He's a little confused by what's going on, but he's not about to let it go. He wants to know why he can't just shut up and let the sunbae say whatever she wants. He asks her to tell him the truth, but she doesn't want to hear it, so she asks him to tell her the truth. She's so shocked that she's almost crying. She wants to believe that he'd say such a thing, and she wants to ask for a kind, intelligent, and caring person to explain it to her. But she'll have none of that. She asks him why he would like a man like him, and he tells her that his values are too high. He says that if he were talking about the looks, he would be better looking than her nose. He also says that she could have said the same thing, but would have had to back off. He goes on to say that she is at fault for being so close to someone, and that he was at fault because he suddenly came close. He then asks why he is keeping his head down, and when he gets to the point, he realizes that he has to go first. He starts to cut some apples when he sees that he is being followed. He wonders why he'll be followed, and then he asks if it was because of the fight at school earlier in the day. He thinks it's possible that it was a misunderstanding, but when he asks why, she says that he should take care of himself when he has the time to do so. She then asks if he was arguing with someone at school. He replies that he wasn't arguing with anyone, but that someone could have been hurt by his words. She tells him that he can criticize
