In this chapter, we learn that the Heaven's Punishment organization has listed eight people as potential murder victims, and that they are all living in the United States. We learn that one of the eight people, a man named lang-huang, committed suicide yesterday, and the other eight people were listed as potential murderers by the organization. We also learn that this is not the first time that heaven's punishments have listed eight potential murderers, but this time, they have listed them all because they received a large sum of money from one of their clients. This time, the eight potential killers are all men, and they all have different occupations and different social relations. This is why they are listed as possible murder victims by the same organization.
