About This Chapter
The narrator explains that he has come to school because he has something to tell the other students. He tells them that he was bullied, and that no one helped him. He asks the students to be like their brother and to be more violent. The narrator says that he did not want to be bullied, so he hurt himself in order not to get bullied by others. He says he was beaten up again, and all his friends left "swish tap" to try to throw it at the bully. Everyone knew he was being bullied but nobody helped him, he says. There was a report about bullying in his class, and if anyone has seen it, he asks the school office to come and investigate. He adds that it is not just the students who are having a hard time, but that it must be the bullies who are causing the problems. He reminds the students that they are all equal, and asks if they think that they and the bullies are equal. Everyone mumbles that they know that the bullying is bad, but why does anyone help? He says that if he had been a gang, he would never have been treated like this.
