The narrator introduces us to a new character named "ocean." He's a middle-school student who's been suspended from school because of a prank he's played on a girl named "Kim Woo-hwa" . The narrator asks "ocean" if she's even stealing things, and she says no. She's just been suspended because she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. "Oh, yeah," she says, "it's not like I'm stealing anything from you." "Oh," the narrator continues, "you're just making things complicated." "You are the offender," he says, and "he is the victim." "It's all my fault," she replies. "As the kids say," she adds, "did I step in unnecessarily?" The narrator then introduces "fluffy" , a friend of the narrator's from school. "Hey, hello," he announces, "I'm going to meet you, and we're going to get to know each other a little bit better." "Hey," he exclaims, "do you have twitter?" "No, I don't." "What, why, why?" the narrator asks. "I think if I did what I did, i would be regretting that too," she answers. "If I didn't, i'd still be regretting it, too." "That's right," she exclaims.
