That evening, the fairies are busy preparing for the Queen's party. Everyone is anxious about the missing crown, but the fairy who first noticed it, cinda, tells everyone that she saw it the day before. The Queen asks everyone to think about the crown for the next couple of days, and cinda says that she was wearing it at tea in the afternoon. When the Queen asks where she saw the crown, she finds out that cinda saw it in the tea room. When she asks where he saw it, he says that he did not see it, but when she asks, no one knows about it.
