About This Chapter
Dorian asks if destroying the android servant would solve all of his problems. Dorian says that he doesn't think the servant is a bad person, but that he's annoying. He says that it's not a good idea to go into the lair of the punk right away, since it would mean that he would have to live a "rich ass." Dorian reads a book called "The Curse of the Rethus Family," which is about the murder of the family's owner and daughter by the servant. The narrator tells Dorian that if he blindly follows what the punk tells him, he might end up in the same family as the rethuses. He compares Dorian's assumption that his sister committed suicide to the assumption that Jack might have killed his sister. If the knife were to be pulled out of the sheath of the servant's knife, it would never disappear unless either side threw it away. This is the way you put the knife sheath into peoples heads. He asks Dorian if he has any food, and Dorian replies that he does not. He then asks if Dorian wants to stay a week at his house, and he says yes.
