In this chapter, Emmies explains why he likes sheeps. He tells the story of a robot named emmie who became self-aware one day. Emmies tells us that he's heard a story about a robot that became self aware one day in a lab, but no one noticed it until the next day. He thinks that desire is at the root of everything in this world, and that everything else is also a result of that desire.
