Young Sohan is still worried about Mina and Eun-mi. He asks Mina to give him a second chance. Mina tells him that she is being "too meddlesome" and that it is hard for her to tell him in person. Young says that they are just friends and that he is leaving to see her later. Mina says that she does not plan on confessing, but that knowing that she likes the same person tears her heart "into pieces. She says that there is nothing she can do for her, but she bows to Young and asks him to cheer her up. Young replies that he did his best to hear Mina out, and that what he did was enough. He says that humans are complicated creatures, and he wants to know why he likes macarons so much.
