The Governess and the Governess's servant, jirou, are on their way to a temple when they run into a turtle kid. The kid is so excited that he begs jirou to follow him to the temple, where he will find a bunch of statues of angels. When the kid shows him the turtle kid's egg, the kid is all, "I'm going to catch it!" The kid runs off to find the egg, but the turtle is too excited to give it back, so he grabs it and runs away. When they get back, they find that the turtle didn't steal the egg. They decide to head back to the river to find out what happened.
