Okay, so we're not exactly sure what's going on here, but we do know that the narrator is psyched to be back on the school radio. He's got a message for his friend,murase: if you lose the test, he'll never do it to you again. Um, yeah, that's kind of a bummer. But he's also psyched that he won't have to take the test again, since he was so good at it the first time around.
