The next day, Tommo goes for a walk. He's been in the hospital for three days, but he feels better. He tells us that he used to be the manager of the hospital, and now he dreams of becoming the surgeon again. He also tells us how he left the company because of a mistake he made on a big project. He apologizes to Tommo for not being able to come to the reunion, but Tommo says he doesn't need to apologize, since he can just hang out with Momose and Kiryu. Tommo tells us about his childhood friends, who are now doctors. One of them is Dr. Akizuki, who is a close friend of Tommo's. He says that he's a capable person, but not charming. He adds that he is popular among nurses, and that there are many who adore him. When Tommo asks if he needs juice, he says he does, and then he shows him the spot that he shaved the other day. It's not a good look, he tells us, because it's growing in his hair.
