In this short scene, we learn that the Governess has arrived at the train station and is waiting for the Chief. The Governess tells the Chief that she will be waiting for him at a nearby cafe. The Chief, however, is not at the cafe and is not aware of what is going on. He does not know what to do, so he leaves the scene.
