In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, a girl named "Big Bro," who is a member of the rebel army and spends his time in a clubroom. He is a bit of a mystery to us, because he's a little too scared to tell us anything about himself. He's also a little scared of the fact that his hands are frozen, and he can't even draw a straight line in a room full of messy, dark, and scary things. We're not sure what to make of this, but we're guessing it's because he doesn't know how to draw. Big Bro's not the only one who's scared by this new character. We also learn that the girl's name is "Shino," which means "sparkly" in Japanese.
