About This Chapter
The doctor tells the protagonist that he has sacrificed his level 2 evolutionrs in order to make the protagonist even more powerful. The protagonist is annoyed, and he asks the doctor why he hasn't sacrificed any of his level 1 evolutionrs. The doctor replies that he's just been upgraded to the top of the class, and that's enough for him. He then asks the protagonist if he'd like to practice his fighting skills with some of the new alpha-level fighters, and the protagonist says that he would like to go to the restaurant to have a look at the food. He asks the nuo if they're welcome at the restaurant. The nuo says that the doctor doesn't like the kind of behavior the protagonist is doing, so he won't let the protagonist have a word with the new fighters. When the protagonist asks if he can make his acquaintance with the people at the bottom of the stairs, he says that if they don't equal his power, then they aren't worthy of being his acquaintance. He goes on to say that one of the fighters tried to hold his hand on purpose, but the doctor told him to go back to his top floor. He's worried that the guy is trying to help him, and so he goes back to the bottom floor.
