In this short scene, we learn that the Governess's husband, Claudius, has been very strict with his wife for the past week. Claudius has forbidden his wife to touch her butt or anything else that might arouse her sexual desire. He has also forbidden her to wear a sleeve or anything that might make her feel more comfortable. The Governess, however, is determined to make Claudius feel comfortable enough to touch his butt.
