In this short scene, we get a brief glimpse of what it's like to be a bratty little bratty kid who wants to be the center of attention. We're not exactly sure what bratty is referring to, but we do know that he's got a crush on his crush's BFF, so we're guessing that's what's going on. We also learn that this is the first time we've ever seen him "happy" and "tug no" in the same scene.
