In this chapter, we learn that the demon bride has been sealed off from the rest of the world as a result of her marriage to Uriah. Uriah's sister, Roxane, has been saved from the clutches of the "demon bride." Uriah, however, is not so sure about this news. He tells Roxane that he will soon be returning to her, and that she should not worry about him. He is shocked to learn that a boy named Shimizu has been sent by Uriah to find him. The boy tells Uriah that he is a member of the demon family and that he has come to see Uriah because he has a mark on his forehead that Uriah wants to protect him from. When Uriah realizes that this mark is the mark Uriah has placed on him, Uriah asks Uriah if it is the cause of the mark
