The narrator introduces himself as "Sud badger" . He explains that he's here in the city to fix his "laptop" , which has a black screen. He's super-fast at fixing things, so he'd be happy to help. Sud badger tells the narrator that he just ran into him on his way to the store to buy a game card. The narrator is super-excited to meet him, since they're both super-smart and super-connected. He says he'll help the narrator check out his new game card, and if he can't figure out the problem, he can bring it back to his house and fix it for him. He also says that he won't let the narrator in his bedroom, since it's too big of a city for him to live in. He adds that his friends are always asking him to fix their new laptops, and he can help them if he doesn't know how to do it himself. He promises to help if the narrator needs it, and then asks for his sister's help. She says she'll go in the public toilet and wait for her sister to come back. She tells him to go ahead and give her her new laptop, which she's so excited to have. She also tells him that her room is so neat that she didn't think he would be able to help her fix her new one.
