In this chapter, we learn that Joon's parents have been trying to get him into a prestigious school, but that he has been eliminated from the competition. Joon, however, is determined to prove himself worthy of his parents' support. He tells us that his parents are comparing him with Seo Taeun, and that he feels like he is getting stabbed in the back.
